I lost the vision in both my eyes. I went to 3 other doctors who could not help me. Dr. Dugan operated on me and now I can see 20/20. I feel very lucky that I was able to have him operate on me.

I had PRK similar to LASIK done in March 2011 with Dr. Dugan. I`m glad I checked around and found him. He and the offices of two other Wills affiliated doctors that I checked recommends PRK over
