I tried for days to get an appointment to get meds refill and finally got appointment today. The staff was very rude and did not help. They would not order me a few pills to hold be over until next week because I did not have the names of them. They have my file and I am out of blood preasure, throid and cholesterol meds until next week. Suppose to get back to me and never did. Mary and Dr Fenice teach staff manners. I ask to talk to Mary and they would not let me do that. Hopefully I do not have a stroke between now and next week. Laura Roberts

My experience with Dr. Fenice is nothing short of great. The staff are kind and busy working hard for us, the patients. I used to wait a while just to go in the back room to wait longer. That has changed. Even then it was worth the wait.

4 weeks still waiting on medications. Every time I call regarding the medicine I get a run around, hours of operation are not what they claim to be always sent to the answering service an hour to hour and half before they are scheduled to be closed for the day. Spent 45 minutes last week calling still couldn't get an answer.

He is always very honest and explain things very well. You also can be a bit of a jokester which makes you feel more comfortable. He is a great doctor with good insight and ideas to help with any problems you may be having.

Very hard to get an appointment fast and the wait time in the office is always extremely long. But Dr.Fenice is a awesome doctor who takes the time to really listen to you, he has a sense of knowing when something is off with you or bothering you. I think he is a great inspiration for people fighting addiction....And treats you with respect, and non-judgemental. He treats you like a patient, which is what you are, even though your there for drug therapy, he doesn't make you feel bad about yourself, which is worth all the wait time it the world.

Over 1 hour wait. Appears nervous and unsanitary. Nails are bitten to the quick and bloody. Ugh
