I found Dr. Hergenrother willing to answer my questions. His bedside manner is excellent and encouraging.
Dr Hergenrother was caring and took time to answer all my questions. Excellent bedside manner.
I waited nearly an 1 1/2 for my visit. When I was finally seen Dr. Hergenrother, he acted as if I was keeping him after hours. He was short with my questions and did not provide adequate feedback regarding my potential for kidney failure. I'm sure it was due to the high volume of patients. However if he cannot provide the time attention eavery patient is entitled to I should have been referred to a different physician.
