Dr. John J. Lee, MD

John J. Lee, MD, is clinical director of the Food Allergy Program and allergy director of the Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disease (EGID) Program in the Division of Immunology at Boston Children’s Hospital, as well as an assistant professor of pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. He specializes in pediatric allergy and immunology, with expertise in food allergies, eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases, asthma, eczema, anaphylaxis, and other allergic and immune system disorders affecting children and adolescents. Dr. Lee earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, and completed his internship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, and fellowship training in allergy and immunology at Boston Children’s Hospital. Board certified in allergy and immunology, his clinical and research work focuses on advancing multidisciplinary care and …improving outcomes for children with complex allergic and gastrointestinal immune conditions.
