I have been a patient of dr kolnik for many years and I couldn't be more satisfied with his bedside manner ,promptness,and he spends enough time with you to answer all of your questions . I would highly recommend dr. Kolnik. In my opinion he is one of the best.

I found Dr. Kolnik to be a good dr. overall caring. However, I found his staff to be uncaring , It was difficult to get an appointment and had a hard time getting someone on the phone. When I got the scheduling person I was told several times how busy the office was. I had to wait 3 months for an appt. in which a referring dr. wanted me to have in 2 weeks. In the meantime I was seen by three surgeons at "very busy" hospitals. Very rude staff.

Doctor was great! But his staff was rude and unfriendly. It is sad that a doctor can be so good but the last person you deal with is his rude staff. I was calling to schedule a follow up and was advised I had a balance (40.00.) I asked if I could pay it when I come in for the follow up. The scheduler put me on hold and a demanding rude women from billing advised no one would help me until this balance was paid. I could not believe how rude she was. Having to schedule an appointment for an internal exam is already very nerve racking having to deal with this type of treatment was horrible.
