If i could give this clinic less than 1 star I would. I will be seeking legal advise to sue for negligence. My husband was discharged from OU hospital and we followed up in clinic to get lab results and follow up medication from Dr Koontz 2 days later. When we made the appt we made sure to tell Dr Koontz office the situation and to request his charts from OU. When we got to the appointment they had not requested the charts and lied to us that they had. I called OU records to confirm that they never requested his charts. They took 3 weeks to get lab results back to us. They never followed up to get repeat lab work done to confirm treatment worked. When trying to make the appt ourselves the nurse put me on hold for 40 minutes, lost connection and never returned my call.

I have been a patient of Dr Koontz since he opened up his practice in Oklahoma. He is an excellent Dr. with an uncanny knack of assessing correctly ailments including rarely seen ones. I wouldn't even think of going to another Dr, due to his abilities and talents along with a friendly bedside manner. He is a physician who truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Koontz is very professional and personable, I never feel that I am a number, but that he honestly is concerned with my well being. His office is very good at working in appts as needed or with arranging to have rx called in.

NEVER never go to this doctor! I can not believe this man is allowed to treat people. I have never came out of a doctors office feeling so insulted. This was the worst experience by far I have ever had in any medical setting! It was solely the Dr. Himself that was so horrible. He didn't ask questions and he would not allow me to speak! He had decided before He came in the room what he was going to do. Arrogant is a understatement!
