This is easily the best ortho doctor in Memphis! My family and I love this place!!!

Dr.Lochemes and his staff are the best. They make you feel comfortable and welcome from day one.

Appointment was at 10:30, arrived 15 minutes early to check in. Now it’s an hour and a half later and still have not seen a doctor. The front desk clerk told me I will not be seen at my appointment time. So I asked her what’s the point of scheduling an appointment? She replied “it’s just to hold you a spot”. I’m sick of taking days off of work just to sit in a doctors office for hours before being seen. If you don’t mind waiting hours to be seen I guess this is the place for you, but if you trying to take care of multiple thing on days you take off work you might want to reconsider.

I used Dr. Lochemes at MOG and when he went out on his own I followed him. He has done 2 surgeries on me. Brooke is always very friendly and is always there to help when you call. I would and have recommended him to people. Best orthopedic in the Mid-south.

Dr Lochemes is great! Excellent disposition and attitude, very professional and thoroughly explained every thing as it was happening, I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends, as I already have!

He is very compassionate and takes time to listen. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Lochemes is a perfectionist. When communicating with patients he clearly states the likely outcomes, although tends to rate degrees of success low. For instance, he felt that my outcome was in the 60% range. (Not having the procedure would have left me unable to walk in short order.) I rate my success as much higher 80-85%. I have been able to return to road cycling and exceed pre-surgery performance within a reasonable period of time after surgery. I am not always painfree, but the ankle that was repaired is not troublesome, and when it does become painful OTC NSAIDs and a little rest clears it up.Dr. Lochemes seems to adjust well to the level of understanding and participation of the patient. I educated myself about the procedures and options and was very participatory in treatment. He answered questions concisely in keeping with my demonstrated understanding.He has a light bearing, and seems quick to move on--but is not brusque. I enjoyed working with him as he repaired my right… ankle. A similar condition has developed in my left ankle and I plan to engage him for it as well.
