Dr. John Matthew Clark, MD

Dr. John Clark is a pulmonologist with additional training in internal medicine who has dedicated 38 years to caring for patients with respiratory and lung conditions. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Washington Medical Center. Dr. Clark speaks English and brings nearly four decades of clinical expertise to his practice.

Dr. Clark provides care at multiple locations throughout Alaska, including the Alaska Native Medical Center Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine Clinic and South Peninsula Hospital in Homer. His clinical focus centers on treating serious lung conditions such as lung cancer, including both non-small cell and small cell lung cancer. He performs diagnostic procedures like CT scans and coordinates radiation therapy treatments, including external beam radiation for his patients.
