Dr. Neuhaus goes on vacation often and doesn't tell anyone. He has no office staff, and when you call his answering service, they will call you back in two days. He has good skills, but if you need him, he probably won't be there.

Dr. Neuhaus was a very good Doctor prior to opening his office in Aiea. One gets the feeling he is practicing xerox medicine, while waiting in his office. He has definitely lost his compassionate disposition, with this new approach. It has been very disappointing to watch this transition.
