Dr Olichney prescribed me Clonazepam which can be lethal for anyone over age 60 and I’m 95. Further he provided a letter claiming I suffered from extreme dementia which first he is not qualified to make such a diagnosis and second a prominent neuro psychologist has proven false which a NY Judge further confirmed That I don’t suffer from dementia!

Dr. Olichney is not only a brilliant diagnostician, but a caring, loving doctor. I have never met another physician like him. He listens so carefully, and never judges. He is funny, warm, patient, thorough, and totally devoted to his patients. I've been seeing him for twenty three years and he pulled me through many hard times and never gave me bad advice or left me feeling down or hopeless. He treats the patient as a unique individual, and not just the disease. I feel so fortunate to have been his patient. He is truly exceptional as a doctor and human being.

Dr. Olichney (Dr. O, as he is called by patients) reminded me of the kindly Dr. Marcus Welby-type of doctor. Not only was he very concerned for my well-being and about my treatment, he was extremely knowledgeable about what my symptoms meant. He asked GREAT questions, and his responses to MY questions weren't a bit condescending. My follow-up (after a hospital stay) was a BREEZE, b/c he had really gained my trust....and, btw, I WOULD (certainly!) refer him to anyone....everyone. He helped me regain my faith that there ARE doctors out there who care about their patients, and not just about their payments!

Dr. Olichney is an astonishingly good diagnostician and a caring doctor. I have lived in New York 30 years, and he's by far the best I have ever seen. May he never retire!
