Dr. John Robert Pace, MD

My husband appointment was 3:30, we arrived at 3:20 had to call and let them know we were outside. At 4:30 he called to see if they had forgot he was outside. He was called back at 4:45. Even running the car the whole time with air blowing, it was still hot because the sun shinning into the car. They close at five so he was out by five. His next appointment was at 1:00 but he called at 12:30 to see if they were running behind. He was told to wait 30 min and call back. He was told then to come on. So we arrived at 1:07 he called and was told they would call when they were ready for him. Two people who arrived after us who banged on the door was let into the office. They let one person in without a mask. This time we waited for 1hr & 15min. Again with the car running and the air blowing. They called him back and he was gone only 5 min and came out they forgot to tell him not to take one of his medication. So we have to go back another day and sit in a hot car for hours. The only… contact with Dr. Pace is injections in my back.

Dr. Pace took great care of me. He listened and explained everything he was going to do with my surgery. Great pain relief! His staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. Pace looked at my case and saw that I have a week or two left before the bone would sever the spinal cord he moved me up 6 spaces to do my surgery which was completely successful I owe my recovery to dr. Pace.

I think a lot of this office, the workers, and Dr. Pace. He is a wonderful doctor. I have known him for many years. He is a very fine doctor. He is very caring. He has a very good bedside manner, answers all your questions, and explains everything to you. I could not ask for a better doctor or staff that works for him.

This SO called Dr don't even deserve 1 star!!! Go at your own risk!!! After 4 visits theres been no change at all!!! 4 visits I've sat in the waiting room no less than 2 1/2 hrs. I understand theres occasionally a waiting period but when I'm supposed to be the first patient of the day!!! Thats totally unacceptable!!! Not to mention i had a appointment 3 weeks in advance. They take me to the procedure room, i sat there another hour. A walk-in whom was a friend of his was put ahead of me after id been called back!!! Not very professional place!! I'll be seing someone else from now on!!!

After ten years of painful to the point of debilitating spinal curvature, Dr. Pace reached into his infinite expertise and recommended yet another rheumatologist and the miracle drug of Aspercream for a remedy. AYSM?

Over booked hot waiting room. Rude receptionist. Wait was unbelievable. Not even enough seating for everyone.

Recently diagnosed with brain tumor which is pressing on my brain stem but he was rude didn't anwser any questions and kept telling me it wasent a big deal ARE YOU KIDDING ME HOW IS THAT NOT A BIG DEAL not going bck to him and his staff was very rude how about you get my diagnosis and then see if you arnt upset about the treatment by your staff and yourself

Dr John Pace is a fantastic guy and a very good Podiatrist He treated my badly infected toe and saved it from an amputation He also keeps my toenails trimmed and my calouis's filed down I love the guy He's also a Met Fan

The office staff is the biggest bunch of Bees you will ever run into. A doctor is only as good as his staff. If he allows his staff to treat his patients the way they do....I don't want no part of his services....
