I wish I would have looked up malpractice cases on this guy before getting minor surgery from him that led to life long nerve injury. Worst decision of my life. Save your self and please, please do your homework on this guy!

Dr. Rachel is great but his office staff may be the worst I've ever encountered. Faxed documents were never put in the system, follow up never took place, and when I finally got a hold of them, they were rude and unwilling to help. I would highly suggest avoiding this office and hopefully Dr. Rachel will hire some new staff to match his high level of work.

Stay away!!! He had no clue what he’s was doing and caused major irreversible damage. Frightening!

Dr. Rachel did irreversible damage. I’m devastated as he made significant errors that will impact me for the rest of my life.

I went in for an upper eyelid surgery. I had chubby cheeks so I asked him if he could liposuction them. He agreed to do both. Well I looked horrible when I was done. People were stunned when they saw me. He knew the results were not good so he agreed to redo the surgery and lipo again at no cost to me. He injected so much fluid in my face that I looked like I aged 10 years. My eyes don't look right. One is more open than the other and the skin on my face is really loose. I had to put cheek implants, use thread lifts, botox and fillers to try and help. I learned my lesson. I was supposed to go back but I was too scared. I would not recommend him.
