The office staff is extremely rude and acts as if you're a burden to them. They over book, to the point of all the rooms are full, and so is the waiting room. You wait excessively long to get in a room and even longer to be seen when you're there. Dr. Richards acts as if you are also a burden to him. He is rude. I dont recommend this office.

Staff is questionable. They do not return calls, they do not smile, not professional at all. Love the Dr., but since he keeps these people when people say something to him I think he doesn't care.

Best Family Doctor in the Kanawha Valley. Ganpat Thakker a superb Cardiologist at CAMC says there is no better in the area.

Staff lacks courtesy to return calls. Almost no communication between staff. Unlikely requests will be considered unless you are able and lucky enough to catch Dr. Richards himself. Staff really talks down to patients.
