He use to be a very good physician. No longer seems to care. Office staff hangs up on callers. I have seen this with my own eyes called and have been pit on hold for 15 minutes or more. Asked for copy of medical records never received. Poor medical care

Doctor took time to sit and talk to me thoroughly about my history. Shocked by the other comments made because I was beyond impressed with my experience.

After years of seeing this doc, this is only one who has never set up a follow-up for a yearly exam or blood work, never hear from the office staff either, when other docs make a follow up appointment with you the same day. Gives you a brief visit, meds and send you on your way. Just doesn't seem interested in his patients enough for me.

I am so happy that I finally found a doctor who listens to me. Dr. Ruggian diagnosed me when it seemed nobody else could. An excellent find! The staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. Very warm and always willing to give you a smile. I think that is important, especially when you are not feeling your best.

Dr. Ruggian is very nice and is professionalism and treatment are acceptable. Two members of my family left his practice to find another physician due to his office staff. Their main aim in life seems to be to prevent anyone from receiving medical services. They were rude and erected road blocks at every opportunity. The doctor is fine, but what good is it if the office won't be helpful?

As a long time patient, I was very dis appointed to find out I was misdiagnosed and over medicated. Many of the medications were in direct conflict with each other. Only after I was unable to take the pain any longer, I researched the medicines I was taking and shocked to see the real cause of my pain. After months of weening my self off of 85% of the harmful drugs I was taking, my health has vastly improved. My pain is gone! As you can tell, I have grave concern about continuing to be a patient of his.
