Dr Greco gives a very thorough exam explaining things as the exam progresses. His staff is personable and professional as is Dr Greco...I would highly recommend Dr Greco. I've been seeing Dr Greco for over 15 yrs and he recently performed my cataract surgeries. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Dr. Greco did my cataract operatiions in October and November of 2025. Dr. Greco is a focused and efficient surgeon. I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Greco for both eyes. I am 79 years old and have never seen this well! He is extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. His staff including Sam, Emily, and Meghan are all wonderful (apologies to staff I haven't yet met.) I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greco for 30 years, and I have found him to be very well-informed and easy to talk to. I like that Dr. Greco is a solo medical provider, as I never have to bother with being shuffled around from one technician to another, as is the case in a larger practice with multiple physicians. This allows for more personal attention at every visit. Dr. Greco also takes the time to assess the overall well-being of his patients and provide advice accordingly. In my case, when I informed Dr. Greco that my elderly parent has Advanced Macular Degeneration, Dr. Greco immediately changed my monitoring to provide for extra attention to my own maculae, to include arranging a periodic visit for me with a retinal specialist. More recently, when I exhibited symptoms of double vision, Dr. Greco examined me and determined that I should immediately check in to my local Emergency Room to rule out any possibility of a stroke or other dangerous neurological issues. Thanks to Dr.… Greco, I was diagnosed by a neurologist with a mild case of Myasthenia Gravis, for which I am being treated successfully with medication. For all of the above reasons, I highly recommend Dr. Greco to anyone looking for an exceptional and caring ophthalmologist.

Dr Greco is personable, knowledgeable, takes the time to explain fully procedures and possible outcomes. I really liked that he was great on follow up and making sure the procedure (cataract surgery) went well. I felt very well taken care of by a real professional.

Do not visit this doctor. He and his staff are not trustworthy. Months after my visit and my payment they sent me new bills demanding additional payment.
