Dr. Sutter is an amazing doctor with a great bedside manner. The staff (Particularly, appointment scheduling) is horrendous to say the least. Trying to make an appointment is near impossible, as call backs for scheduling are near non-existent. Having been a patient of Dr. Sutter for Over 10 years, I have withnessed many changes. Some positive. Some, not so positive. Over the past 5 years, I have had to resort to using the "Walk in" method (Which is very difficult with my work schedule) because I can never get a call back. IF you are lucky enough to get a callback, you are treated as if you are a burden and overall complete inconvenience, as well as greeted with a very defensive and abrasive personality, which is NOT what anyone needs that is already feeling "Under the weather". Dr. Sutter himself is absolutely amazing but spread exceptionally thin. ...probably too thin, as his availability is becoming less and less, which forces you to see another doctor or practitioner (Jill is great but limited to her abilities). Billing is a mess and their seems to be a lack of competence, which makes for a while other kind of nightmarish issue to contend with. Again, Dr. Sutter is amazing but the "Business" side of things is what is turning many patients away.

Find a different doctors office! Every time you call, you have to leave a message because no one answers the appointment line. When someone does call, they are very rude. It is almost as if you are bothering them. They had my address wrong, sent statements to the wrong place, when it wasn't paid they sent me to collections. NOT ONE PHONE CALL TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT!!! My family has been going to Dr. Sutter for years. We will all be looking for a new doctor due to the incompetent staff at Springfield Center for Family Medicine!
