Put incorrect brace on which required surgery when it shouldn't have been necessary (for horizontal patellar fracture). Post-op X-ray showed 3-4 mm separation of fracture as wires and/or screws were slipping. No follow-up at all. Doctor said could do rehab and put full weight on damaged leg. PA at post-op X-ray said no walking at all, and possible further surgery might be necessary.
