Last week was my second time seeing Dr. Norris. Both times I have been to the office, I have had to wait between 40-50 minutes just to be seen. This was not just a checkup, I had been very ill for a week and I had questions and concerns. The face to face time I had with Dr. Norris was about 4 minutes. I was very quickly assessed, given a prescription and rushed out the door. This was a "quick fix" way to deal with a patient. I am going to see someone else for now on. Also, the last time I was there for a routine healthy visit (required by my new insurance) he told me to come back and see him in 6 months...for what? I am young and healthy. He is trying to get money out of his patients.... $300 billed to my insurance for the check up and $200 for my 4 minute visit last week.
Dr. Norris, I need to speak with you ASAP. It`s about your a staff member and her attutude toward you!!!! PLease call me @ 678-640-1141. wE REALLY NEED TO TALK BEFORE i`M FORCED TO CHANGE PROVIDERS.
