I understand the need to continue to follow up with the doctor but to not refill a childs prescription until an office visit is done when they are almost out is wrong. The medication is ongoing as it has been for the past several years and an appointment cant be made because no one is picking up the phone or returning messages. Everything is automated and they have taken both the human and the common sense out of equation. It feels as if the medication is being withheld until they can get the money for an office visit. It's just not right.
