Dr. Glass is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He is thorough, caring, and easy to talk with. He listens well, explains clearly, and follows up in a timely manner. My only complaint is that he has too many patients, and there is often a very long wait at his office in Winter Haven. His staff is courteous and helpful, though, so it is all worth the wait.
