Failed to give follow up call after problem with my labs, sent incorrect prescription info (wrong pharmacy, wrong patient address, wrong patiet phone number). Was on vacation so this did not get cleared up. I am changing doctors and have complained to Sharp.
The last time that I went with this doctor, I was having too many headaches. The Doctor only saw me for about 5 minutes. I dind't feel he cared for my symptoms. His diagnosis was that I probably had an uneven jaw. After that visit I went to the Urgent Care three times, to find out that I had a combination of synus and migraine headaches. Even after the urgent care diagnosis this doctor was reluctant to refer me to an specialist.I demanded to be referred to a neurologist. That was my last visit I had with him.
