I cannot say enough good about Dr Lobel! The kindness and concern that he shows his patients and staff speaks volumes about his character. He always explains everything well to the patient and any concerned familty member. He made a very difficult time bearable. I highly recommend him.

by a concerned visitor at a Van Nuys Hospital (Kingdom Hospital perhaps) on May 20th, 2010

I've witnessed many hospital events between Doctors and patiaents and when I saw and heard this supposed Doctor and his witnessed his "bedside" manner, I was shocked. Maybe i'm missing something here, but when you take a persons vital signs with one of those hospital machines that are plugged into a wall socket and hooked up to a patieant---doesn't that machine need to be plugged into a wall socket or at least be "on" in order to work properly? This Doctor proclaimed that the patients vital signs were "Normal" even though that machine couldn't have begun to take any kind of vital signs since it was NOT hooked to the patieant nor plugged into the wall socket. Strike one.Ever heard a Doctor literally yell into a comatose patieants face with countless questions and expect that catatonic being to answer the question? I watched in horror as I did indeed witness this event.Strike twoThe supposed Doctor than ran out of the hospital room--My feeling about this guy: He might as well had been the Hospital Janitor. I'd NEVER let this guy practice on me nor anyone else I know. Just my Opinion! and I hate to say it but bad news travels very quickly! (What do I do for a living?--I'm a Paid Hospital Advocate!)
