Dr. Bruno is calm. After my colonscopy he spoke to me about the procedure. He was reassuring but cautious. I felt I was under good care. The nureses were expectional at Levy. Office staff professional but lack some personality.

Dr. Bruno had a poor bedside manner. First of all the office manager rushed us in after a colonoscopy was done. We were told to make an appt. waiting so many days so the results would be back. She pushed us to take a sooner appt and then when we went to the dr he didn't have the results in. Then when we did get results there was no compassion or educating us on the diagnosis. Offered no support groups or places to find additional support. Stated medication will be taken forever, and see you next month. It was so devastating...and then on top of it never gave us eye contact to even see how confused and scared my son and I were feeling.

dr. bruno is an excellent doctor I would never consider having another gastro doctor

Scheduling:The scheduling lady @ the Doylestown office needs to show more courtesy and be friendly. Sometimes, her reaction is like you are coming to demand money from her.Dr Bruno needs to smile and be more welcoming to new patients. The first impression is like he's indifferent or surprised where you came to the office
