went in with back pain, after urine test determined kidney infection, put on sulphameth tmp, sulphur based antibiotic, bad side affects... not explained to patient, patient became ill, diareah, headache, nausea, McGinley on call at 8:30 pm said did not remember patient or treating patient, after refreshing his memory he said to stop medication immediately and if she worsened, to take her to the emergency room. Upon hanging up, I wanted clarification, as in worsen how? McGinley's answering service would not allow me a second call to clarify the first. With an air of stern annoyance I was told "He already told you what to do." And so... we went to the emergency room to recieve treatment for the treatment that "Dr." McGinley gave us.ps. what do you call a bad doctor?answer : doctorhereafter I myself will be refering to a bad doctor as... : a mcginley

doesn't shake hands and greet you in a friendly manner. makes you feel uncomfortable. otherwise he seems like an ok guy.
