Dr. Fullmer has been seeing my 4 year old son since he was 4 or 5 months old. He performed surgery on both of his eyes when he was 12 months. We love having a Dr. we can trust and who we know will take good care of our son. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very patient with children. His office is very child friendly as well. We have had an exceptional experience with Dr. Fullmer.

Dr Fullmer's staff was professional and caring. My son was seen as soon as possible after having been hit in the eye at a scouting event and being unable to see out of that eye. Dr. Fullmer met us at his office after hours and gave excellent care and explanations as to why my son could not see. My son's eye was extremely inflamed and after eye drops he started seeing within 4 days

Our optomotrist gave my husband a new glasses prescription with the wrong astigmatism, resulting in his eyes crossing and pain. When the doc wanted to charge him another office visit to fix the problem, we went to an opthamologist who confirmed the wrong prescription and wrote another one with a different astigmatism number. Still, not better. Was referred to Dr. Fullmer by our MD. Dr. Fullmer spent a lot of time going over his problems and came up with two possibilities for diagnosis and treatment. His first decision was a completely new prescription - it worked! He also explained why he thought the wrong prescription had wreaked such havoc with his eyes. He is now going to be our eye doctor!
