Received second bill for a copayment made day of visit. Receptionist was unable to guarantee I would not receive another bill nor was willing to give me the phone number of company doing the billing to get it corrected, suggested it needs time to correct itself. Why did it happen in first place if all patients have to prepay their copayments to before visit with Doctor. Will I continue to receive bills ? I shouldn’t have to leave the office wondering for the next month or two. Writing this review to help save someone else from these hassles and trips to resolve. — Horrible customer service with reception , recommend you find a different office that believes in helping the patient.

My 2nd visit with Dr Berry The entire staff was friendly and Top notch Dr Berry was gentle but through and explained my problems to me. then set up a plan of action to solve them. Great visit Thanks

I just had my initial appointment at North County Ear, Nose & Throat, Head & Neck Surgery. The staff was so friendly and responsive from my 1st call after my GP referred me. Judy helped me get in so quickly when I explained that I needed something checked out before an upcoming eye surgery. I didn't expect that and am so appreciative. Everyone in the front office to the nurses in the examination rooms were all equally welcoming and competent. This practice runs like a well-oiled machine! Then Dr. Berry came in. She listens closely and is really present. I appreciated her time and the fact that she wasn't busy inputting notes in a computer. I know so many of my friends who are doctors working for BIG medical/hospital groups MUST use the computers, but something gets lost when a Dr. is not given the time to sit and be present to listen to a patient. She talked through my problems, ordered a few tests and I am happy to find my new ENT Dr. after recently moving to North County! … My husband accompanied me to the appointment and we both have some hearing issues; he felt the same way and will be making his own appointment with Dr. Berry when needed.
