I came to Dr Buckley bc there was a small mass in my breast. After a clear ultrasound, Dr Buckley told me that I needed to follow up with a mammogram right away. I was not informed that the mammogram would not be covered by my insurance, or that there was even a possibility that I was going to be responsible for the $900 examination out of pocket. I am an educated Stanford alum who has never had such a terrible experience with a doctor. What is most disturbing is that Dr Buckley has not been available to explain herself. I feel as though she hide behind closed doors and runs up innocent patient bills for unnecessary procedures.
