You always have to wait to see Dr Ceasar but that is because she spends as much time as is necessary with every patient. She is very caring and easy to develop a long term relationship with. I only stopped seeing her because I moved out of state and have been unable to find a doctor that comes close to providing the same level of care and compassion.

What happens when those designated to be our caretakers, responsible for our well-being in this country are, themselves, possible candidates for therapy? When a certain latent sociopathy conjoins with decision-making about health? Such is the case with Dr. Julie Caesar. I saw Dr. Julie Caesar 3 times for generalized anxiety. She appeared kind and caring during these visits and the treatment I received appeared indicated. At one point, I made a telephone arrangement to advance the date of a preexisting visit and, while suffering from acute anxiety, was contemptuously dismissed by a fiery, short-tempered secretary (if you search around on the internet for this office on review sites, you'll get confirmation that, in fact, the staff there has been extremely rude). I wrote a letter prudently and considerably firm about my displeasure with the staff. When, at a later date, I made a phone call to make another appointment, I was told not to call back and to seek another physician. I pushed to speak with Dr. Ceasar and was told she had nothing to say and that was final. I was left without a physician, and for no reason. Here's a possible clue to help give clarity and I would advise people who need help to consider: Julie Ceasar is of Indian descent. What could this possibly matter? It has been my experience - and I trust my insight into human nature and believe that what I express is fully tenable to the greatest degree - that many people of Indian descent are cold and unfeeling and it is my belief that Dr. Caesar's behavior is consistent with this assessment. If you research this phenomenon, you will find copious anecdotal evidence. I want to add quite eagerly that not all Indian-Americans are like this, but a considerable, otherwise statistically-improbable leaven are very much wintry and self-serving. The experience was, therefore, on the surface smooth, but any anomaly in the mechanical process of care, one bereft of any truth empathy, will see your compassionless dismissal. Please exercise caution with Dr. Julie Ceasar
