Dr. Julie Ann Stapleton, MD

Dr. Stapleton always spends more than adequate time with us during our visits. She is very thorough with her exams, explanations and follow-up. Her suggestion of care is very informative and on point with new age techniques. She is a leader in many TBI treatments, and anyone who gets to see her would be lucky to be a patient!

Julie Stapleton. She demonstrates the outdated information in which her practice is based. Her knowledge on TBI is 20-30 years outdated. She emphasizes a more “wholistic” approach, encouraging the use of pseudo-science western medicine, such as acupuncture, hyperbaric chambers, pressure points, meditation, etc. Any research brought in by the patient will be quickly written off as hypochondriacal, after which she’ll start critiquing your mental health. Without a doubt, the most immature, rude, and lazy doctor, I’ve ever had the privilege to experience. Unfortunately, it’ll cost you $400 entrance fee to view her at her zoo exhibit. You’d be better off going to your local zoo and asking a monkey for medical advice. I apologize for the rudeness of this review, and I’ve never felt the need to be this disrespectful towards anyone, but Julie Stapleton’s attitude was incomparable, and her comments far worse than what I wrote here.

This office is severely understaffed. I left four messages over the course of two weeks, attempting to make an appointment. My diagnosis by Dr. Stapleton required prior approval, which was denied by my insurance company. Instead of submitting an appeal, I was told by Dr. Stapleton that she 'could not take it any further' and I was welcome to attempt submitting an appeal on my own because their office 'does not have time' to prepare an appeal. I am left with chronic pain and have been referred to another physician to start the process all over again. This process took just shy of three months. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

I went to her because I had a stroke some time ago and have lost short term memory. She LISTENED and had suggestions. They have helped as is shown in my test scores. My life is better and it is her doing.

I found Dr. Stapleton to be extremely helpful and knowledgible. I would recommend her to anyone with chronic conditions that are disabling and painful ...
