This was my first appointment with Dr. Lyman. I had a short wait in the waiting room. The nurse was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Lyman took the time to listen and talk to me about what I’ve been experiencing. He went through my charts with me and answered all my questions. I see him in a month for a follow up.

Staff is so rude! Please don’t waste your time. They act like patients are a huge inconvenience and do not even want to see them. I wouldn’t recommend this office or this doctor to ANYONE. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I can’t believe this guy cares for sick people.

Experience was fine until he went MIA and no one knows how to get in contact with him. Not even the pharmacy to get my Rx refilled. Thankfully my primary is handling the refill and submitting a referral to another rheumatologist.

I was a regular patient but cannot get a phone call back when I had a problem. Had to go to emergency room to get the problem fixed. Ive called the office 6 times and they do not return phone calls.

I have been going to dr Lyman for quite a while, having tried other rheumatologist he has me in remission with my r.a True he has no bedside manners, seems to be shy, does not give me lots of medication, which makes me happy. The other Dr. I went to would give me a new prescription every time I had a complaint.

Dr. Lyman was very rude on my last 2 visits. He gave me a lecture about communicating. He ordered blood tests that I had done several months before. He never smiles and rarely looks at me. I would not recommend him to anyone.
