We actually asked to work with her directly. She is amazing with explaining things and suggesting solutions. I do enjoy her demeanour. I feel safe with our baby in her care.

Saw this doc (who works at Oakland, Kaiser)last week for the first and last time. She was curt and had no real interest in my feedback. She may have been having a bad day, who knows. She insisted that I had one diagnosis, when actually it was what I thought it was, as the X-rays revealed. It was like pulling teeth to get the referral for that! She discounted everything I said, spent most of the visit typing on the computer, though I tried futilely to make her smile. Very off putting, to say the least. Very controlling and said, "This is the way we are going to do this!". Look, I am old but I don't deserve to be treated like that. I have been a member of Kaiser for decades. I miss my old primary care doctor who left Kaiser!
