Best lung Dr takes the time to listen and explain been my Dr for long time no one else I trust with my complicated lungs he is the best office staff are wonderful

He is wonderful can always tell when I'm not getting better and immediately does what has to be done trust him completely no other Dr i would trust with this he explains and listens I'm so glad he is my Dr. Staff is great

I called Dr. Toosy's office and inquired if he would offer a second opinion for my brother. I was told yes by Michelle and to please have his records transferred and she would personally give them to the Dr. I took a ride to his New Haven office and handed the medical records to her. After numerous phone calls - six weeks later I am still waiting for a response. Very unprofessional. If Dr. Toosy wasn't willing to assist us, we should have been advised that he wouldn't supply a second opinion, instead of making us wait and wait and not having the courtesy of a phone call.

Best pulmonary Dr knows his stuff always kind listens to you explains everything calls when you need him I've been sick for over a month and he has helped me through it staff is wonderful. Nowhere else would I trust with my asthma

I have been seeing Dr. Toosey for over 10 years to control my asthma. I've been impressed with his expertise, communication skills and engaging personality. Would not hesitate to recommend him highly.

Very easy to make an appointment and didn't have to wait weeks. The technician who did my breathing test was great, she took all the fear out of the testing. I did have to wait a long time for the test and to see the dr, as they were running behind. They did let me know about the wait. I would recommend Dr. Toosy to anyone.
