While blame rests with all involved (patient and myself included), my mother's experience with Dr Jacob's practice was sufficiently poor to discontinue going. We endured a canceled appointment, failure to receive home lab kit in a timely manner, failure to submit x-ray order to Marion General, separately schedule x-rays and examination appointments, and recurrence of kidney stones, are instances that disappointed and frustated my mother and myself.
