Doctor Karen Mcclard does not seem to care much for her patients. Tries to wrap up with the patient as quickly as possible. Does not empathize with her patients.Only asks questions from the patients without providing detailed answers. Was put off by her casual attitude towards her patients.

It's been a long time since I was able to get my daughter in and see a doctor in less than an hour. When she was first born our wait time was close to 20-30 minutes, now its well over an hour. A year ago I would have ranked the office and Dr. McClard as exceptional, not so much anymore. They outright ignore my daughters symptoms, ignore my concerns, and the only way I'm able to get treatment for my daughter is by being sent to a specialist. Our most recent visit we waited for 2 hours -- 2 HOURS!, with a toddler in a little room. Yea, she was freaking out! Then I get a call back from a nurse that says her tests were fine - really?! Can you possibly tell me more than that? Does this mean you have no clue what's going on with my daughter, and that you have no desire to look into it further?!

I feel like she is an okay doctor. I didn't see anything above and beyond average and she barely spent any time with us on many occasions. I feel like there is a lot better out there, so I'm switching doctors within the practice.

We absolutely love Dr. McClard. We are so thankful the Lord allowed us to find her. Our little guy went into the hospital at about 5 months and she was there for us; before, during and after the stay. She checked in on all of us to make sure we were ok. She is amazing!

We feel so lucky to have found Dr. McClard. She is smart, kind and simply a great Dr.

Dr. McClard spent a lot of time with us when I was very worried about my daughter. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. McClard is personable and knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk to your children. It's obvious she's a mother and that kind of understanding goes just as far as her medical degree.
