I have been going to Dr. Moehlan for about 4 to 5 yrs. I am very disappointed to find out his receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for me because I had a past due bill. I did not know this as it was being mailed to my old address. She said the DR. won't see me. I can't believe Dr. Moehlan would go along with that and refuse to see someone in need of his care. If this is indeed the case; then I think it is time for me to move on.
