Dr Jacob is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. She goes above a beyond to take care of her patients. And explained my diabetes and is very concerned to get it under control and keep it under control. I would highly recommend her.

She left all her patients in Allen, TX with a short notice and transferred them to middle east doctor with no bedside manners. What a disappointment for her patients, and that shows the kind of doctor she is: uncaring. DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.

Been a pt about 5 yrs. she takes personal interest in overall Health. She followed lumps on Thyroid with biopsies and after 2 positive biopsies thatvshowed them multiplying Eas sent to excellent surgeon to have it removed. This year when my BP went up 40 Pts rather quickly and 5 different blood pressures agreed- she insisted I go to Cardiologist even though I wasn't exhibiting " normal symptoms-women often don't. 3 weeks later after cardiac test I was having 2 stents for 90% occlusion in my LAD! I think she has saved my life at least twice! I am a RN and former Pharmaceutical Rep and feel qualified to judge her Medical skills. She calls me at home after procedures too nitro post op Glucose levels- I am a Diabetic which caused extra concerns with major surgery. I've never had or known a Dr to care so much about her pts. She is wonderful Dr and Person! Highly recommend.

She misdiagnosed me, as a result my situation got worse and now I need to take higher dosage medication to get myself back to how I was when I first went to visit her. Staff is also difficult.
