Tried to set up an appointment and was told that she does not take cash paying customers. Obviously she must overcharge insurance companies. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

The doctor was OK but the staff she has working for her does not pay attention to what she has told them to do. Sent my husband to the cardiologist and the cardiologist staff tried calling her office and never could get anybody to answer the phone. They never sent the EKG over to him. This was at 10:00 Am in the morning. Where was her staff? One of the girls in the office was supposed to send a referral to us so he could see omptamalgist to get his cataracts removed on both eyes and never received one. I called and the girl who answered the phone said yes the doctor ordered that but we still have not received anything in the mail yet. So now we need to find a different doctor.

I love Dr. Cansler. She has my best interest at heart and works diligently with specialists to due their best to seek and find answers to hopefully be able to correct the medical problems Not just jump in and be quick to give meds.... She and her staff are very thorough and extremely polite. They have gone above and beyond for me with every aspect of my medical conditions. I thank them very much!! She is an amazing and very caring Dr. She has been my Dr. for 4yrs and I will continue to go to her.

This Dr. Cansler is the worst Doc i have ever been to.I have call her office for a week trying to get a prescription filled, but she just wont do it. And when i called and asked her about it she told me she FORGOT!!! Thats right forgot, and i'm talking blood pressure meds.If your looking for a GOOD Dr she is not not it. I think she needs to go back to med school,that is if she went.

Dr. Cansler and her staff. Work together in a way that makes you feel your the only one in the office. They are all so very caring. Its almost like your pain or ailment is theirs as well. Im 47 years old and have never come accross a Practice that is so dedicated to its patients. I would strongly recommend Dr. Cansler and your Doctor of choice. Im confident youll agree.
