The Center for Pain Medicine is dedicated to alleviating or easing chronic and acute pain brought on by injury or illness. Our practice is comprised of six comprehensive pain management centers conveniently located throughout Central Florida. Our pain medicine physicians develop individualized treatment plans designed to assess and heal patients utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. All of our procedure rooms are outfitted with fluoroscopy x-ray machines which are used to guide the placement of injection therapies. The gamut of treatment modalities available range from epidural injections to complex diagnostic and surgical procedures. Our goal is to make the patients therapy and recovery as painless as possible improving their ability to function and allowing them to enjoy their lives.

Have been going to Dr. Ariani for several years. Have chronic neck and lower back pain. I see his PA for most visits, as that is fine in dealing with chronic pain levels that don’t change over time. If a new issue arises, he is very careful and thorough in his review process, before recommending a plan of treatment. Very impressive and competent physician.

Absolute worst doctor I have ever seen. He is sneaky and lies. Doesn't give a rats behind about you. Horrible listener. Never ever saw him only his nurses which ran back and forth like little hampsters. Always waited 45 min plus in room to be seen. He has no compassion and horrible bedside manner. I would never recommend him to anyone ever! Stay clear of him. I am so lucky to have found the complete opposite type of pain management doctor. The way he speaks to his patients and blows them off is very sad. He will make you feel like a nobody and degrade you. Again the worst doctor ever. Please save yourself heartache and time.....don't waste your time with this clown.

Your appointment will go however his mood is!! If he is rushed (they don't allow enough time for epidurals) he is in a BAD mood and you don't get a good treatment. Twice I have been left in a room and had to ask if I was forgotten.Neither one of those treatments worked!!! If his day is going good - you get a good appointment.

Dr. Ariani is such a great doctor. I have been suffering from the same chronic pain for years. His treatments are effective. Not only does he have a caring attitude, but he has a great bedside manner. Did I mention he's also quite a handsome fellow.

Dr. Ariani has a great bedside manner and i feel that i can talk to him and trust him. He listens and explains things to me...spends time with me. That is not how i was treated by my previous doctor. The procedures he has performed on me have been virtually painless. I am very satisfied with his care.

Dr. Ariani, has the absolute WORST beside mannar I have ever seen! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this doctor. If you want to be degraded and feel like your 2 years old, go for it! HORRIBLE!!!

I am 82 and my experience spans almost a year. Not all treatments have been effective. However most have been helpful, and some fantastic!! Dr Ariani carefully evaluates the results of his exam and the MRI and Xray images. He is a no nonsense doctor. And his "bedside" manner is excellent. The entire staff is most attentive and professional. Their performance is exceptional.
