This is one doctor that has a caring for all his patients. He works very hard to assure his patients and families he will do everything in helping them feel at ease with their treatments. If a medicine does not work or too expensive, he, his staff, and patient advocate will do everything to help that patient get the needed medication. He has a very dedicated patient advocate that goes above and beyond the call of duty for all patients. His staff is very professional, loving, and friendly. Yes, Dr. Lerro is not always prompt getting in with a patient; but YOU tell me what physician is on time! He has numerous patients in the hospital; there is always a patient in need of being seen particularly a couple days after chemo for a workin. This is one physician's office that cares about their PATIENTS!
He's a wonderful doctor and the office visit were always pleasant.
Dr. Lerro may have many letters behind his name, but he is he a horrible Oncologist. These patients are very sick or dying, and need compassion and patience. Not him staring at a laptop during the entirety of his appointment. He has no bedside manners whatsoever and this makes his patients that much more discouraged. Being brilliant does not make you a great doctor. Someone should remind him of this. PROS: His office and lab staff all have VERY compassionate attitudes and are very loving. They have scheduling issues but their understanding makes up for that.
very thorough....willing to listen and comment on all my concerns....great staff and Physician's Assistant. I feel like I am getting excellent care for my ongoing anemia problem.
