He received me in his chamber and explained to me what the problem with my festering nose could be; he performed a nasal biopsy and took care of te possibility of cancer, which turned out to be simple Rosascea .A follow up visit cleared all the doubts. I would definitely recommend him to others

Dr jackson and his PA were so great and to the point with my visit. the staff was extremely helpful with appointment making for my initial visit as well as my follow up. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. the office is indeed small and not in the best up keep but I didn't make an apt with a spa. Regardless I had a very pleasant visit !

he treated my daughter with bedside manners he tackled the problem immediately he followed up properly and the biopsy went flawless no pain minimal scaring and he knew what it was just looking at it great clinician

Dr. Jackson is the most caring and attentative Dr.He is phenomenal and his attention to detail is beyond desireable. He cares for his patients and make sure he gets to the root of the problem. He is very truthful, honest and most of all thorough with his patients. I recommend anyone with a skin deficiency or problem to please get to Dr. Jackson, believe me he can fix the problem. He's simply the best.

Dr. Jackson was wonderful. He helped clear my skin and removed some moles that were bothering me. His surgical skills are excellent. Have recommended him to family and friends.

The office wasn't as clean as I would have liked it. Also, the waiting room is so crowded that you are sitting knee to knee with the person sitting across from you.

I only saw him once and never went back... I needed to have injections for my scars and I told him how my derm usually does it and he didn't listen and didn't give me any lidocaine so the injections were extremely painful. He didn't care and claimed that I didn't need any anesthetics. The office looked sketchy and dirty and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Jackson two times for the same problem. He attempted to help me the first time he told me it was a boil. He gave me me a shot of cortisone and told me to call if it comes back. It did a little over a week. When I went back to him he told me it was most likely a cyst and gave me another shot of cortisone. It came back less than a week later, It had grown and I was in terrible pain with flu like symptoms. When I called the office His rude secretaries told me I had to wait 10 days between appointments and since its been longer than a week they could not help me. I told them about my problem and mentioned that my treatments did not help. They told me to either go to another Dr or the ER. I went to a surgeon later that day who squeezed me in as a emergency. It turned out that I had an Abscess with a MSRA infection. Dr. Jackson is incompetent and I wouldn't bring my dog to him. Don't get me wrong he was a nice enough guy but If you treat a patient and you don't get it right, isn't… there a professionalism that says you should try to help the person. I would never return to him and I will never recommend him.

I 1hr.50 min. is EXCESSIVE. When I brought it to his attention he was defensive vs apologetic. Seriously, I feel my time is equally important but, to Dr. Jackson it is not. He also should consider changing he cleaning service, the floor is filthily. Did he diagnose my son fine, yes he did. I will NEVER go back.
