Dr. Kellie V Lane, MD

The office staff is incompetent and uncaring. Go anywhere else. They called to reschedule my appointment time. They did not mention that that it was a different day. When I arrived for my appointment they said it was the day before and I could schedule another one in 6 months. No one was willing to work me in. The office manager does not answer her phone and never returns phone calls.

Dr. Lane has poor follow up care for existing patients. She tells you she is going to do something but rarely follows through. Phone calls are not returned and appointments are frequently cancelled. I would not recommend.

Had an appointment a year in advance so that I didn’t have to take off from work. Office rescheduled at an inconvenient time. Took hours off of work. At appointment was told it had been rescheduled (again). Expected me to take more time off of work. Next available is 5 months away.

I have been seeing a cardiologist sine the early 70's. During that time I have had several excellent doctors. Dr. Lane is one of the best I have had the pleasure of visiting. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She always takes the time to ensure all of your needs are met and gives the best care I have ever had. Doctors like all professions today are all a hurry with an assembly line mentality, NOT Dr. Lane. For this reason her visits run over a little so you may have to wait a few extra minutes but rest assured she is giving the patient before you the same exceptional treatment you are about to receive

I have been a patient of Dr Lane for about 3 years. I find her to be the best Very caring and easy to talk with. I would her more than 5 stars if I could!!!!

Excellent, she saved my life by getting stints implanted 1 artery was 98% blocked and the dead man walking one was 100% blocked. She spends as much time with you as you need. Love her knowledge and personal attention

I waited a good while for an appt with dr Lane. When I finally met her, I soon knew she was well worth the wait. She is smart, caring and easy to relate to. I feel very confident in trusting my well being into her hands. I think she is a rare jewel in her field.

I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR LANE SINCE 2014 SHE SAVED MY LIFE I HAD 3 BLOCKED ARTIES THEY PUT STINTS IN AT ST.JOESPH HOSPITAL DIDNT WORK TOOK AMBULANCE TO UNIVERSTIY HOSPITAL LUCKLEY DR LANE WAS CARDIOLGIST ONCALL DID CATHETER I HAD TRIPLE BY-PASS NEXT MORNING SHE WAS EXCELLENT

Dr. Lane is excellent!

She has the best bedside manner. She makes you feel at ease. She is AWESOME!!!!!
