I have had several surgerys to attach My retina, Dr. Mitchell is considered by me to be highly skilled, performing excellent surgery and aftercare. I highly recommend him as a expert in retinal surgery.

Dr. Mitchell is contracted through the Veterans Administration. He is an excellent doctor. He is my husband's eye doctor/surgeon. Dr. Kelly will sit down and explain his plan for his eye care. Dr. Kelly is very personable and caring doctor.

Dr. Mitchell was used as a 2nd opinion after using another retinologist for 5 years because of inconsistent information. He not only told me more than I had been told the past 30 years, but also another cause for my loss of vision. More so, he is kind, informative, intelligent, and obviously loves medicine.
