 |  Dr Graven Realization!  |  show details
May 25th, 2012

My mom had broken her hip (94 yrs old) and after surgery she struggled for a couple of months. The most serious incident was that a cardiologist calmed her heart down while in hospital but never removed her from an elevated dose of digoxin. She became toxic and had TEXTBOOK symptoms-everyone thought she had dementia. At her first visit with Dr Graven and discussing she had not been like this previously, he ordered a test and that night called us, quite taking that and within 24 hours she was almost back to herself! We are SOOO GRATEFUL!

Has been my primary doctor for over 10 years.I have found him to be very professional in manner and practice. Very intuitive. His intuition and subsequent decision resulted in an operation which saved my life.

Awful bedside manner, no eye-contact, no review of health history, no basic checks (even blood pressure!), and a big fat bill to boot. Avoid this doctor!

Could use a lot of help with beside manner. Doesn't ask valuable questions and jumps to conclusions. I don't feel he was very accurate in his diagnoses. Didn't do well at explaining things and liked to order expensive tests that didn't provide much value. And follow up... What follow up?
