Dr. Kenneth Philip Botwin, MD

Dr. Botwin is very knowledgeable. He will sit and talk with you.

Confusing diagnosis. Contradicts himself and discredits other physicians. Seems nice at first, but condescending. Next.

I have seen Dr. Botwin many times over the last 5-6 years. Each time he has gotten me out of pain and provided reassurance. He truly understands pain and offered many options to help me. He also understands and is not intimidated by the insurance companies and is willing to work with patients injured in car accidents, etc. I would highly recommend him.

At the first few visits I found Dr. Botwin to be pleasant and seemed to be genuinely caring. However, after that he is very full of himself, contradicting, and irritated easily if you question anything. His workup person should not be working in this field where people are in pain. He was condescending and rude. Dr. Botwin also made inappropriate comments regarding his peers within the same practice. He said he failed me since he had to refer me to the Anesthesiologist within the practice for injections. I have since changed physicians.

I was involved in a horrific car accident and my neck was a mess. Dr. Botwin eas patient, caring , and professional throughout my entire experience and I could not be more grateful.

Worst doctor i have ever seen. Does not care about you and had a major issue with letting you speak and listening to you. I have never met a doctor with nothing more than "internet intelligence" be so arrogant. Anyone can google information, i expect my doctor to listen, help me and properly diagnose me, none of which he came close to doing.

Nice at first but made me feel bad about my surgery. I spent hours thinking about living in pain, and now I do have more pain after surgery. Didn't know what to do, waste of time. Gave me a pill that made me suck. These drs don't kno what to do for pain except cortisone and steroids, which do not work for me and I was burning for nine months after steroids.

He is one of the nicest guys and likes to talk a lot and wants you to be aware of what all he knows. After 3 visits he would contradict himself from the last visit from what he had said before. I did not feel good about him after that. He got upset when I would challenge him. I was just confused from what he had said previous. I got a second opinion and so glad I did. I am not one to write a bad review but this really worried me for other patients. His staff was awesome but I would not recommend him to anyone of a serious injury at all.

Dr. Botwin goes beyond treating your pain. He is such an awesome person. He goes above and beyond and always gives you 110% of his time and knowledge. He treats not only your pain but will find ways to treat your mind, body & soul. He is one in a million!!!!

Went to another doctor who wanted to give me an epidural, wasn't sure so I went for a second opinion. Well Dr Botwin was ,ad that I had gone to another doctor and gave me an attitude. Didn't know you couldn't go to two of the same specialty pain doctors. would not go to him again.
