Does not care at all about how disorganized, discourteous, and unconcerned many of the members of his staff are. I have experienced numerous problems on two separate occasions. Recently I was in great anxiety following an injection that made me very ill. I needed follow-up information badly and thus made FIVE phone calls and sent TWO emails with three days before I could get through to the doctor at all. I have never been treated in such a way by the staff of any clinic in my lifetime. I would not mind continuing with Dr. Eaddy except that he seems to take no interest at all in speaking to his staff members about their behavior. Very confusing and discouraging for me as a patient suffering greatly not only from migraines but from puzzling complications of a treatment (injection) I received in his office in late December, 2015.
