Receptionist MARY is the rudest, most impolite person. She should find a new job. Does not answer the phone properly and is rude and talks back to patients. I will be finding another doctor due to her actions. Customer service and respect and proper telephone etiquette would help, but some people are set in their ways and can't be taught.

When I first started seeing him (about 14 years ago), I thought he was great. He took time, was kind, and listened. He was nicer with the Mercy group. Now, he does not seem to listen, He barely seems interested at all. The staff used to be great, now the new ones are rude, and have no clue about customer service or privacy. And the one name Raeanne, who answers the phone, needs to learn how to respond to patients calling in. I would leave my name, but I haven't found another doctor yet - but I am looking.
