We were so sad when we moved. Amazing doctor for all 4 of my kiddos. Highly recommended.

Dr perks has incorrectly dignosed my child 2x now. If you are thinking of going to this office don’t.. and if you do.. don’t go to him.

Dr. Perks is very attentive and knowledgeable. Kids love him and he is great at what he does. Highly recommend.

I had the unfortunate experience of talking with Perks tonight as his office shares on call time with my pediatrician. My son may have epilepsy and he had a seizure today that my 10 year old daughter witnessed and I did not. It was a rapid eye movement seizure. I did not have a chance to question my daughter without my son around until later in the evening. I did not want to scare my children especially daughter who witnessed my son having a grand mal seizure last summer. For anyone that has witnessed their child seize, nothing is more scary. I talked with Perks tonight and he told me that I should have called my doctor during office hours and not an emergency number and that he could be of no assistance to me. I have never, ever spoken to a more heartless person in my life. I find it difficult to even call him doctor.

I had a terrible experience with this doctor and know of others who have as well. I definitely wouldn't recommend him.

My three children love seeing Dr. Perks. We have been patients of Avon Pediatrics for the past 20 years. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent pediatrician. I highly recommend him.

Dr.Perks was very attentive to our childs' condition,diagnoses was ascertained and the appointment was very pleasant. Being new in the area I would recommend this facility to my friends as the staff was friendly and knowledgeable . I was taken at my appointed time with no wait which was a rare event at other professional establishments.

He seems like a nice enough doctor until you disagree with him...then watch out! He's known to have a temper which is not the best quality in a pediatrician.
