Worst Office Staff EVER

I've been a patient of Dr Mitchell's since 2010. Dr Mitchell is Outstanding. The problem is his office staff. They aren't helpful & very rude. The patients all complain about the office staff in the waiting room. It's impossible to call the office & speak with a REAL person. If you're lucky enough to speak with someone..they aren't helpful at all. If things don't change, I will find another pain management doctor.

Doctor is great, office staff is awful.

Staff is rude, never returns calls, charges insurance wrong. 2 hr wait 3 times.

For the first time, I found a doctor that will take the time to listen to me. Dr. Mitchell's bedside manner is incredible. He is very kind and understanding but also is direct and honest. Finally, I am getting the help I need.

Took almost two months to get an appointment. Waited for just under an hour to be seen. When they called me back, they also called three other patients back at the same time and proceeded to drop us off at different rooms. The gal with asymmetrical bob haircut was rude to one of the other patients who was looking for the light switch on the wall of the room she told her to go into. She curtly told her, "Just walk in and the light will come on". She wasn't friendly about it at all. The waiting area was freezing cold and the television was blaring loud. Dr. Mitchell was kind enough, but he could certainly use a change of front end personnel to reflect more professionally on his practice.
