Dr. New could not have been nicer and helpful. He immediately had me check in and he performed surgery the next morning. I healed w/o pain. He is the best of the best!!!

Dr. New has performed three surgeries on my spine. He is the best; a gentle and respectful man. All of my surgeries have been successful. The office staff treats everyone with courtesy and in a very timely manner.

I'm sure dr new is a great neurosurgeon however he seems very busy and it was hard to get any help or since of urgency to help from his staff. I felt like just another number. I changed dr's just to get help.

2 other doctors (specialists)told me that I'd have to live with the pain and lack of mobility in my lower back and legs that they said were due to degenerative discs. Being in my mid 40's and walking like an arthritic 90yr. old I decided to get a 3rd opinion. Dr. New looked at my Xray and immediately diagnosed the cyst pressing on my spinal cord that was causing my severe leg and back pain. A morning surgery was scheduled and by mid-afternoon that day I was walking without pain. The next day I was discharged and have been pain free ever since. I shutter at the months of pain, drugs, and shots I experienced before going to see Dr. New or what my life would have been like if I had never gone to see him. He is an excellent surgeon, who gives you all the time and attention you need to get your questions answered.
