Dr Morehead is simply the best in all regards!

Dr Morehead is a fabulous, caring, intelligent physician. She has made a tremendous difference in my health from believing I would not be able to resume normal life to healing and thriving. Anyone who is her patient or student is very blessed.

Says i dont have a disease because i am seronegative. even though i have strong family history plus every symptom in the book for Fibromyalgia. completely ignored all my symptoms and relied solely on lab tests. she needs to have a long talk with Dr Andrew Gross about how to diagnose Fibromyalgia. cant wait to sue her

no communication skils, no empathy, no advocacy, thought my response to pain was depression - that's true because I have had four meds and no pain relief

In the ten years she was my primary doc, I always felt she was enduring my visits. When I called the office looking for medication for shingles, she scolded me for not calling her direct line rather than apologizing for the situation. Dismissive, self-absorbed. Stay away.

Initially the making of the appointment was fine. They were prompt . The staff lets a lot to be desired. Dr. Morehead lacks communication , and comes seems very uninterested in you as a patient. I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable.

She always listens to the patient. Never forces her solutions on you. She gives you information about different options you have. And makes sure you are comfortable with the treatment that works best for you. She is very smart and knows what she is talking about. Overall you can trust her with your life.

Dr. Morehead is easy to talk to and has always been responsive to my calls and requests. Where I have had delays and communication difficulties has been with the office staff and those covering when Dr. Morehead was on vacation.

At the request of my dermatologist, Dr, Moorhead saw me as an emergency patient during a critical flare-up of an autoimmune disease. I had been treated by another physician and my condition was not improving. Dr. Moorhead took time to look at the infected areas carefully, ask in-deoth questions and order a slew of tests. She has offered to file an appeal with the insurance company over a medication that both she and my former rheumatologist prescribed but the company has denied. I feel like I am in excellent hands.
